MFEX is rapidly expanding in the Luxembourg market, due to organic development of its activities as well as recent acquisitions. Currently, a workforce of approximately 70 people is composing its office located by the Gare of Luxembourg.

MFEX is looking for a Client Service Officer (M/F) to join our very dynamic organization.


This function is suited to someone with a real motivation, hands-on attitude and able to propose creative solutions in a “start-up” working spirit.

What You Will Be Responsible For ( but not limited to )

  • Responsible for BAU query tracking from clients in salesforce & e-mail

  • Primarily responsible of delivering service to dedicated accounts 

  • Responsible to support Account Managers with all client related errands

  • Responsible to execute BAU client order testing for changes of services etc.

  • Responsible to coordinate CA errands with BO

  • Responsible for corrections reporting

  • Management of client accesses to MFEX trading web and MFEX CRM system

  • Reporting and escalation to Account Management team

  • Responsible for control of Revenue Statements together with Finance

  • Responsible for initial investigation of client deviations from BAU (e.g. system issue related to order/payment; issue with fund data from MFEX). CS to resolve with internal stakeholders and Account manager

  • Provide demo of MFEX trading web and MFEX CRM to clients

  • Responsible for fund order daily monitoring and rejected orders

  • Send information to clients about changes and updates of MFEX systems

What You Bring With You:

  • Bac + 2 (DUT / BTS) in Financial services or similar

  • +1-year experience minimum in a similar function

  • Able to adapt to different situations

  • Reliable, Flexible and Dynamic

  • Positive attitude and team player

  • Excellent presentation and strong communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Able to prioritize effectively and multi-task

  • Excellent written and spoken English. French and/or other languages is a plus

  • Very good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
