What will be required from you?

To support our Global Business and operations department based in Paris, we are looking for a Back Office Specialist (M/F) –permanent contract - to join our very dynamic organization.

This function is suited to someone with a real motivation, hands-on attitude and able to propose creative solutions in a “start-up” working spirit.

Operations Department is in charge of relationship with fund management companies and distributors or other entities such as custodians, accounts holders, transfer agents…

Back-office specialist is mainly in charge of rebates collection and distribution.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR (but not limited to):

As back-office specialist you will be responsible for managing rebates collection from an end to end perspective for fund companies in your portfolio:

  • Managing day-to day operations for fund company invoicing and working directly with fund company to resolve any issue.,

  • Controlling data quality for sent invoices, and reporting such as provisional or input data as positions, movements, …

  • Controlling payments, received from funds management companies and transferred to distributors

  • Maintaining and increasing the pace of fee collection

  • Administrating the calculation tool for your companies scope,

  • Ensuring, in relation with other MFEX teams, the correct onboarding of new clients and the quality of customer experience,

  • Improving external and internal process on daily basis

  • Maintaining perennial documentation

Who are you? Skills? Minimum qualifications?

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

  • 5-10 years of experience in rebates

  • UCITs (OPCVM) management experience is an asset,

  • Figures appetite, Heads-on approach Risks focused, analytical thinking

  • Highly effective communication skills and relationship management,

  • Fluent written and spoken English

  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially XLS

  • Anticipate / identify work problems and propose particular way to overcome obstacles. Identify needs for process change and re-valuate actual situation
