What We Offer

MFEX offers a fixed term position (6 to 9 months) as a Cash Management / Reconciliation agent to join our international organization and support the daily activity to ensure timely and accurate completion. High motivation is key.

What will be required from you?

  • Monitor outgoing cash and incoming cash;

  • Monitor complaints from customers or counterparties;

  • Match amounts received from the clients and TA’s;

  • Analyze the cash suspense;

  • Reconcile cash entries with the clients cash accounts and transactions;

  • Pay the clients and TA’s in function of the different cut offs;

  • Work in the Cash Management team to operate payments monitoring with our banking partners (MT103, MT202), trades and payments matching and reconciliation for both mutual and hedge funds;

  • Work in coordination with the different teams (trading, corporate actions, TA, etc.);

Who are you? Skills? Minimum qualifications?

  • Common sense, analytical and investigation skills

  • Able to adapt to different situations

  • Reliable, Flexible and Dynamic

  • Bac + 2 (DUT / BTS) in Financial services or similar;

  • +1-year experience minimum in a similar function;

  • Able to adapt to different situations;

  • Reliable, Flexible and Dynamic;

  • Positive attitude and team player;

  • Excellent presentation and strong communication skills;

  • Strong organizational skills;

  • Able to prioritize effectively and multi-task;

  • Excellent written and spoken English. French and/or other languages is a plus;

  • Very good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
