As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be the main relationship contact point for assigned clients and act as the interface between them and internal stakeholders. You will also oversee the onboarding of new MFEX by Euroclear clients and ensure relevant resources are allocated to meet their needs.
Role and responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction
Identify business opportunities for upselling and business at risk with existing clients
Develop, expand, and profitably manage existing and new client relationships
Protect revenues and business with existing client base
Implementing new clients by interfacing between them and internal departments
such as fund relations, legal and operations.
Ensure follow-ups with internal departments on the resolution of client issues and
requests.
Work with Product colleagues to develop new/updated service offerings requested by
clients
Coordinate within the firm to ensure relevant resources are allocated to meet clients’
needs
Contribute to process improvement between Client Relations and Operations
Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required
