What will be required from you?

To support our Global Business and client service department based in Paris, we are looking for a Client Service support - Internship min. 6 months (M/F) to join our very dynamic organization.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR (but not limited to):

  • Clients’ portfolios reviews (checking of funds referencing and rebates rate) and billing process management

  • Client service support re. specific Clients requests (internal follow-up)

  • Maintenance of monthly processes

  • Database management (Salesforce)

  • Assist the Client Service Manager to prepare quarterly and annual client review meetings

Who are you? Skills? Minimum qualifications?


  • Fluent written and spoken English and French

  • Have excellent Office Packs skills, VBA is a plus

  • Be rigorous with figures

  • Show strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize

  • Be an enthusiastic team player with good interpersonal skills

  • Master 1 / 2 Grande Ecole de Commerce/management ou Université avec option type 'finance'
