To support our Global Business, based in Luxembourg Office, we are looking for a Compliance & Corporate Governance Coordinator – 6 months internship (M/F) to join our very dynamic organization.
This function is suited to someone with a real motivation, hands-on attitude and able to propose creative solutions in a “start-up” working spirit.
You will become part of a dynamic organization in an exciting and international context. For us, human resources are of strategic importance to the development and growth of the company.
In the context of re-enforcing the governance documentation of the company and aligning it with the group existing documentation, you will support the Chief Compliance officer and Authorized Manager in the following:
Ensure that the format of the policies and procedures is standardized.
Redesign policies and procedures related to new regulations
Assist the Compliance officer to put robust controls in place
Design an AML KYC due diligence operational memorandum for distributors
Create and update the MFEX Luxembourg charter of procedures (list of policies & procedures)
Correspondence with the CSSF, our regulator: gather the correspondence and complete the log and records with the communications
Assist the Compliance officer in formalizing the Compliance monitoring plan for 2022
Assist the Authorized Manager in Corporate secretary activity such as preparation of Long Form Report and Board Meetings of the Company
