What will be required from you?

To support our Global Business, we are recruiting for a newly created role, an experienced HR Manager, based in our Stockholm Office.

The job holder will closely work with local management of the entity as well as the Global head of HR (based in France) and the rest of the MFEX HR team to provide a fully integrated, comprehensive HR service.

In Sweden, the MFEX Group is operating through 2 legal entities: MFEX with 2 offices in Stockholm and Umea and its fully owned subsidiary Fondab based in Stockholm.

This function encompasses the full scope of the HR function, requires a hands-on attitude as well as the capacity to contribute at a more strategic level and capacity to propose creative solutions to topics raised.

What you will be responsible for(but not limited to):


  • Contributes to secure high standards of HR service to staff and managers including KPIs for monitoring purpose and effective drive of the business

  • Participate in the elaboration and implementation / review of HR processes and tools, suggest improvements in order to achieve operational improvement

  • Ensure adherence to risk and compliance policies within its scope of responsibilities

Data / Analytics

  • Handle reporting at Group level

  • Maintain accurate data in the HRIS (new joiner, leavers, time off, travel, holidays, sickness, …)


  • Responsible for the entire recruitment process (Post and update de Job description – selection of the applications – Interviews – offers to future employees with a benchmark/budget)

  • Anchor policies and procedures and ensure process is well managed and managers well supported within budgets

Learning & Development

  • Support on the creation of the training plan (collect data from Managers, search for trainings, budget preparation…)

  • Schedule internal and external trainings (dates, participants, meeting request, logistics…)

  • As necessary can create ad hoc training programmes

Talent management

  • Support the performance cycle: responsible for rolling out the performance campaign from the objectives settings to the evaluation year-end review phase. Ensure managers are well equipped to ensure clear and committed performance plans, regular feedback and evaluation process to help creating a high-performance culture

  • Succession planning implementation

Advisory / Admin / Payroll

  • Support the monthly payroll process (collection of variable elements, liaison with the external payroll provider),

  • Advisory on employee relation matters: discipline, absence, performance if required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Responsible for smooth delivery of the compensation round, participate to the elaboration of budgets, allocation to staff in accordance with our pay for reward philosophy

  • Benefits administration

Project Management

  • Participate in key projects within the HR department in particular the roll out of an HR system, ESG initiatives, Engagement, … and integration program with our shareholder.

Who are you? Skills? Minimum qualifications?

  • University degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • 5 to 8 years’ experience in Human Resources with the same responsibilities will be highly appreciated

  • Strong organizational skills, you are autonomous and flexible

  • Good knowledge of Sweden labor law,

  • Good knowledge of MS Office is required, Proficient in the use of HR systems

  • You speak fluently English which is the business language
