To support our Global Business and operations department, based in Paris, we are looking for a Operations and project management internship (M/F) to join our very dynamic organization.
This function is suited to someone with a real motivation, hands-on attitude and able to propose creative solutions in a “start-up” working spirit.
Operations Department is in charge of relationship with fund management companies and distributors or other entities such as custodians, accounts holders, transfer agents…
Back office is mainly in charge of rebates collection and distribution. He is responsible of data quality in the invoice system.
Middle office is mainly in charge of set-up, funds portfolio review and other task to support back office and other internal teams such as sales or fund relationship management.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR (but not limited to):
Managing some day-to-day activities of operational team,
Improving process (automation via Xls or other tools, documentation, process review…),
Participating in some projects item such as requirement formalization for tools or organization,
Ensure change management in relation with internal or external stakeholders,
Managing project documentations
