The individual should be willing to be involved in the full end to end sales process, primarily related to Data Solutions services, with the possibility to extend at a later stage across the full suite of Funds products we service.
You will be part of the ‘Product Sales Specialist’ function which acts as a liaison within the Funds Commercial division vs other business lines such as Operations, IT and Product on new market initiatives, developments and/or enhancements.
You also act as the “Commercial voice” within various business assessment discussions (internal and external) - managing client impacts, being the voice of the customer and seeking to ensure a positive client experience from these changes is a key part of the role.
The PSS Funds team ensures that sales objectives are met within organizational strategies and is responsible for achieving sales goals, by working in close collaboration, as a duo, with MFEX by Euroclear Sales Managers & Euroclear Relationship Managers.
The PSS – Data Solutions will work very closely with Product teams covering services towards both Distributors (EET, EMT, EPT, static and dynamic data …) and Fund Management Companies (Market intelligence, taxonomy integration …)
You will be developing strong client relationships over time that provides significant input to planning organization products, price and service strategies
You coordinate the use of other organization resources to provide value added services
You are responsible for the handover of any new Data Solutions client towards the Onboarding team to ensure a timely and frictionless onboarding plan.
You will support the organization to offer competitive products, services and pricing by feeding the Funds Product team.
Scope of work may include sales planning, defining sales channels, segmenting customers, sales training/coaching, sales data/metrics, and monitoring sales rep activity records. Analyzing processes, recommending, and implementing solutions to enable the adoption of the company's services.
