The preferred location would be Dublin or London, but Amsterdam, Brussels, Luxembourg and Paris are also possible. You will report to the Head of Fund Sales and Relationship Management Americas & Global Financial Institutions.
You have a University degree as well as experience of at least 8/10 years in a relationship, sales or product role within a bank, asset management company or any other financial institution but most importantly, you have a growth mindset, a passion to learn new skills in an fast-changing environment. If in addition, you have a strong understanding of the global fund industry and experience in interacting with large global financial institutions, this is a plus.
Global Financial Institutions client accounts are significantly large and complex requiring excellent analytical, organizational, and planning skills. You have excellent communication skills, a highly positive attitude and the right mix of empathy and assertiveness to ensure you make an impact in your interaction with clients and colleagues.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Any other language, in particular French, German, Spanish or Portuguese is valuable.
As a self-starter you will be autonomous to quickly take on responsibilities and make a positive contribution to a team in which members help each other to grow and learn
You master the Microsoft Office suite, a CRM tool like Salesforce and you have the willingness to learn how to handle any other application necessary for your day-to-day job.
Some travel and flexibility to work with clients in different time zones is required
