Fast growing development of the company calls for a strong support in the Commercial Department. MFEX France (Paris) is opening a new role for a Sales support. You will report to the Head of Sales locally. This is 12 months’ contract.
You will be in charge of supporting the Sales & RM team, working to improve BAU processes efficiencies as well as identify new selling opportunities for new services:
Leads follow-up from the website – via Salesforce
Prospecting & cold calling potential customers through LinkedIn Sales Navigator in different regions
Product campaigns – Including coordination/training/reporting
Supporting sales & product teams to answers RFPs & Due Diligence
Maintaining and updating the RFP library (Risk, ESG, IT, Services sections, etc)
Preparing the commercial call agenda & internal sales events/training
Running frequently some market watch & sharing important news within the sales team
Supporting Commercial team by booking clients meetings and preparing customized presentations
Updating the commercial dashboard, ensuring the file is up to date with the different stakeholders across the globe
