Who We Are Looking For
An IT Support Specialist. Are you a service minded team player who can work independently? We are looking for an IT support specialist to our Paris office. You will work closely together our Stockholm based IT Infrastructure team mainly supporting our Paris office, but also users around our 11 offices globally.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be To Support the Following:
PC and peripherals
Business continuity setup and testing
Telephony and fax
Hardware and software orders and maintenance
Local office LAN and WLAN
Local server maintenance
Microsoft Operating Systems for clients and servers
How to install, manage and troubleshoot Microsoft systems and installation technologies
Able to interact with customers and staff at a technical level
Experience in maintaining standardized IT environments
