MFEX is rapidly expanding in the Luxembourg market, due to organic development of its activities as well as recent acquisitions. Currently, a workforce of approximately 70 people is composing its office located by the Gare of Luxembourg.
MFEX is looking for a Network Transfer Agent/TSF to join our very dynamic organization.
This function is suited to someone with a real motivation, hands-on attitude and able to propose creative solutions in a “start-up” working spirit.
What you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
Check client queries to prepare future investments into funds or transfer of holdings;
Manage the daily tasks dedicated to the team to ensure timely and accurate completion;
Understand the orders processing within the fund prospectus to provide main information to DATA team and complete an accurate database (Transfer Agent / fund Company…);
Prepare Application Forms / Stock Transfer Forms requested by TA: for account opening / transfer free of payment;
Input instructions of transfer / account parameters in the system ;
Handle TA Queries and communication: documentation, AML/ KYC, updates, contract Notes, general fund information, etc;
Follow up the process / queries and provide with a regular feedback to clients / client service;
Ensure a good communication with client service and Transfer Agents for internal or external queries within a reasonable timeframe to offer a high-quality level of service;
Develop swift connectivity with Transfer agents to speed up financial transactions (Straight through processing);
Contribute to work effort with different teams: dealing / client service / Data / Reconciliation; etc;
What you bring with you:
Bac + 2 in Financial services or similar;
+2-year experience minimum in a similar function;
Able to adapt to different situations;
Reliable, Flexible and Dynamic;
Positive attitude and team player;
Excellent presentation and strong communication skills;
Strong organizational skills;
Able to prioritize effectively and multi-task;
Excellent written and spoken English. French and/or other languages is a plus;
Very good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
