MFEX, the leading independent fund distribution Platform, has appointed Gaëlle Allin as Group CHRO effective September 1st, 2020.
She joins MFEX with a robust HR experience acquired working for almost 20 years in various industries (Construction, Real Estate, Insurance and Banking) in France and the UK.
Gaëlle will bring her broad experience of implementing a People strategy and in particular during a time of profound change for the organization.
As group CHRO she will oversee the HR strategy globally. She will be in charge of supporting the group in its development and growth journey by creating a modern and efficient HR function and the best place to work for its people. She will join the Executive committee of the company.
