MFEX is rapidly expanding in the Luxembourg market, due to organic development of its activities as well as recent acquisitions. Currently, a workforce of approximately 70 people is composing its office located by the Gare of Luxembourg.
To support our Luxembourg Office, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our very dynamic organization.
This function is suited to someone with a real motivation, hands-on attitude and able to propose creative solutions in a “start-up” working spirit.
What Will Your Position and Responsibilities Be:
You will be part of the Project Management Office, a department that defines, maintains and rolls out best practices and tools for project management within the organization. You will be responsible for deliver a key strategic and transversal project covering the implementation of MFEX’s target operating model globally (Global Operating Model).
Key responsibilities include (not exhaustive):
Take over a responsible position in a project and change management environment
Organize and work with cross-functional teams to efficiently and effectively define and implement MFEX’s target operating model, processes and structures globally
Prepare communications and documents to support the roll out of target processes and structures and deal with change management topics
Project scoping and framing
Project organization and governance
Timeline and budget management
Provide reporting and decision-making support
Assign and track tasks and performance to plan
Create meeting content and presentations, including updates to senior stakeholders
Define and ensure the outsourcing governance is in place and according to the Group’s and regulatory requirements
Support the development and roll-out of project management methodology and best-practices
What You Will Bring With You:
Bac+2 or University degree
5-8 years of professional experience in project management within financial services, management consulting or in-house consulting
Demonstrated ability to define projects, translate it into actionable plans and manage implementation
Experience in change management and process improvement, conflict resolution and people management skills
CSSF Regulatory knowledge and outsourcing experience
Excellent analytical, organizational and planning skills
Very good verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in English, French and any other languages is a plus
Positive attitude and team player with the ability to self-motivate
Reliable, flexible and dynamic
Very good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
