MFEX Mutual Funds Exchange AB (“MFEX”) is a limited company with capital of 168 729,54 EUR, whose registered address is Box 5378, 102 49 Stockholm and visiting address Klarabergsviadukten 64, 111 64 Stockholm and is registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (“Bolagsverket”) under number 556559-0634.
MFEX Mutual Funds Exchange AB is an Investment Firm supervised by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (“Finansinspektionen”), under identification number 0351640.
MFEX Mutual Funds Exchange AB is authorized to conducted following activities:
To carry out securities operations in accordance with Chapter 2 Section 1 items 1 and 2 of the Securities Markets Act (SFS 2007:528) The mentioned securities operations consist of:
1. Reception and transmission of orders in relation to one or more financial instruments,
2. Execution of orders on behalf of clients.
To conduct ancillary operations as a part of its business, in accordance with Chapter 2 Section 2 items 1 and 4 of the Securities Markets Act. The ancillary operations consist of:
1. Safekeeping and administration of financial instruments for the account of clients, including custodianship and related services such as cash/collateral management,
2. Foreign exchange services where these are connected to the provision of the investment services.
To carry out other ancillary operations in accordance with Chapter 2 Section 3 of the aforementioned Act.

Branches & Representative Offices
MFEX AB has a representative office in Milan (Italy) and Dublin (Ireland) as well as branches in Madrid (Spain) and Krakow (Poland) which are duly registered with the corresponding Companies Registration Offices.
Subsidiaries
MFEX Mutual Funds Exchange AB is the parent company (with 100% of the shares) of the following corporate entities:
i. MFEX France SA is authorized by the French Regulator - Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Resolution (“ACPR") - to provide investment advice and placing of financial instruments without a firm commitment basis;
ii. MFEX Suisse SA, providing local client relationship services;
iii. MFEX Luxembourg SA, providing intragroup services to the MFEX group;
iv. MFEX Singapore Pte Ltd, licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore to provide custodial services and dealing in securities;
v. MFEX Malaysia Sdn Bhd, providing back-office services to the MFEX group;
vi. MFEX Hong Kong Ltd, and entity authorized by the Securities and Futures Commission to carry out Type 1 regulated activity of dealing in securities under the Hong Kong legislation;
vii. Global Fund Watch GFW AB, a digital due diligence platform and providing business-oriented compliance solution under the brand name Euroclear GlobalWatch.
